Refunds / Cancellations Policy
At Exprs, we strive to provide a seamless experience for brands booking assets within communities. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a booking or request a refund. Please review our Refunds/Cancellations Policy below:
Cancellations by Brands
- Brands may cancel their booking of assets within communities by providing written notice to Exprs.
- Depending on the timing of the cancellation, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be communicated to the brand at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking may result in the forfeiture of a portion of the booking fee.
- Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the booking agreement.
Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Exprs.
- Upon approval of a refund request, Exprs will process the refund within 3-5 working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the brand's bank account within 3-5 working days from the date of processing by Exprs.
- Please note that the time taken by community admins to process the refund and credit the amount back to the brand's bank account may vary, but we strive to ensure this is done within a timely manner.
Exceptions
- In certain circumstances, such as force majeure events or extenuating circumstances, Exprs may waive cancellation fees or offer alternative solutions.
- Refund policies may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions agreed upon in the booking agreement.
